20 Sermons for your next Short-Term Missions Trip

This book is a supplement to the author's previous book titled "20 Tips for your next Short–Term Mission Trip". This book is written specifically for the Team Leader of a church-based Short-Term Mission trip who may discover they need to preach/teach on a topic of their choice, in a foreign country, using a translator – all on very short notice. These messages (sermons) are written to be Culturally Neutral. Beyond their Biblical references, these messages don't contain political, historical, or geographical data and are free of "figures-of-speech" or "colloquial expressions." The topics are appropriate for a Christian audience of any culture and avoid using "politically incorrect" phrases. These topics are suitable for adult parishioners of varying educational levels, technical sophistication, awareness of geopolitical events, or Bible literacy. The messages have been written with high readability scores, making it easier to preach through a translator. The shortest of these 20 sermons are located at the front of the book while the longer ones at the back. The writing style is a short, candid manner. Scriptural references are provided for supporting commentary. As the preacher, you can add, delete, modify, elaborate, share illustrations, or just read straight from the book. Each sermon can be easily adapted for use in a small-group discussion format.
