The Fragile Pillars of Peace is a new title by Professor Asdrúbal Aguiar, that accounts for the decline of the international political and legal order built in 1945, spurred on by transnational criminality tolerated as political power, which indeed arises within a context of the consequent weakening and loss of effectiveness of the constitutional systems of States and the multilateral organizations forged just after the end of the Second World War.
