This book, coordinated by Professor Allan R. Brewer-Carías, compiles various studies on expropriation written by professors Juan Carlos Cassagne, from Argentina; Alan E. Vargas Lima, from Bolivia; Luciano Parejo Alfonso, from Spain; Víctor Leonel Benevides, from Panama; Fausto de Quadros, de Portugal; Gilbert M. de la Cruz Álvarez, from the Dominican Republic, and Augusto Duran Martínez, from Uruguay, and Allan R. Brewer-Carías, from Venezuela.
