Brewer-Carías, about the Rule of Law and Judicial Review, published in 1987 by the National Institute of Public Administration of Spain, in now reprinted (2025) by Editorial Jurídica Venezolana International. It refers not only to Judicial Review (Judicial control of constitutionality of Statutes), but also to judicial Review of Administrative Actions, and to the Injunctions (Amparo Proceeding) for the protection of Fundamental Rights, mainly in Venezuela.
