About This Book

This book, edited by Belén Ramírez Landaeta and María Amparo Grau, is a collection of a set of studies in homage to Dr. Josefina Calcaño de Temeltas, who was a Member of the Academy of Political and Social Sciences, in which her extraordinary contribution to public law in Venezuela is analyzed, which she accomplished as a Magistrate of both the Political-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, and of the First Court of the Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction through its magnificent and bulky line of jurisprudence in constitutional and administrative law.
