About This Book
In this book of professor Allan R. Brewer-Carías, studies the process of annihilation of the Democratic State in Venezuela, conducted during the past twenty years by the Constitutional Judge (Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice), supposedly based on principles of the so-called "neo-constitutionalism" that were spread in Latin America at the beginning of the current century. The book refers to some of those principles that explains the reason for the destruction, found in a "secret" Doctoral Thesis, defended by one of the Justices members of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice responsible of the dismantling of democracy.
