How to Drive Food Safety Culture Through Training

We know that food safety culture is shown through food safety behaviour and other indicators such as food safety training. It is demonstrated through the commitment made by work unit, and management respectively. Training in this sense includes both skills training and knowledge building which together directly affect a work unit’s commitment to food safety.
