This book of Professor Allan R. Brewer-Carías, on Administrative Comparative Law and Global Administrative Law, is a collection of his works on the subject, organized in the following Parts: Part One, two essays on Administrative Comparative Law and on the notion of Administrative Law. Part Two: the book on Public Enterprises in Comparative Law; Part Three: two studies on matters of Administrative Regionalization in comparative law, analyzing the process of Regionalization in Economic matters, and the process of Territorial and Political Decentralization. Part Four: two books on Administrative Procedure in Comparative Law; part Five: a study on Judicial review of Administrative Action in Comparative Law; and finally, a study on Global Administrative Law, with particular reference to the Global Administrative Procedure followed before Interpol for the protection of individuals against the misuse of the International Organization tools.
