About This Book
This book of Armando Blanco Guzmán, is intended to determine which are the institutions of the Judicial Review or Constitutional Procedural Law in Venezuela and how has been developed by the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court.
Judicial Review cannot be conceived exclusively as a series of procedural rules, because it depends on the system in question and the established mechanism of control, which is always part of the jurisdictional function of the State, developed within the framework of an autonomous and particular procedure.
Nevertheless, in a dual control or hybrid systems, the constitutional control is organized through a kind of mixture between the typical institutions of the original control systems, generating a new system with their own identity, as is the case of the Venezuelan one.
