This book is the recollection of all the documents filed before the Human Rights Committee of the United Nation between 2026 and 2021 in the case Allan Brewer-Carías vs. Venezuela, including the Decision of the Committee issued in October 14, 2021, condemning the Venezuelan State for the violation of the judicial guaranties of professor Allan R. Brewer-Carías, as well as of his rights to be presumed innocent and to due process. The case was filed and argued before the Committee by the distinguish lawyers and professors Pedro Nikken, Claudio Grossman, Juan Méndez, Douglas Cassel, Héctor Faúndez y Carlos Ayala Corao. The Decision was notified to the victim on December 14, 2021.
