About This Book
This volume is a recollection of the Papers presented in the Seminars organized in 2020 by the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and the Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio of Spain by Victor Rodriguez Cedeño, Antonio Pastor Palomar, Milagros Betancourt Catalá, Blas Jesús Imbroda, Soranib Hernández de Deffendini y Thairi Moya Sánchez, related to the case filed before the International Criminal Court against Venezuela, which in 2021 has reached the investigative phase, as was announced by the General Prosecutor before the Court. The authors analyze all the situations the Venezuela phases in the process that has started before the Court.
