About This Book
This book, edited by the Venezuelan Association of Administrative Law (Asociación Venezolana de Derecho Administrativo, AVEDA) with the support of the Centro para la Integración y el Derecho Público (CIDEP), is published in tribute to Professor Allan R. Brewer-Carías, who was the main promoter of the Association and his first secretary General, on the occasion of his 80th anniversary. It is a recollection of works of forty seven professors of Administrative Law of Venezuela, many of them disciples of Professor Brewer, in which they have analyzed all the different aspects of the contributions he has made for the development and consolidation of administrative law in Venezuela and Latin America.
