This Collective Book edited by the Venezuelan National Academy of Political and Social Sciences, refers to the legal effects of the State of exception (Alarm) situation caused by the Pandemic of the COVIT-19, decreed by the Government, and its repercussions in all branches of law: constitutional, administrative, civil, commercial, maritime, criminal .
