About This Book
Current political, economic, social and cultural variables are highly dynamic for individuals, institutions, and countries, and change is inevitable to maintain a competitive position that ensures survival or development for the better. Staying in the same situation, mentality and structure in an era of rapid variables pushes down to the point of no return and then not inevitable. This intellectual contribution, together with other thinkers, is an attempt to develop a theory of change suited to our contemporary reality. It is directed at the thinkers and theorists of change, and for young men and women and supporters of change movements in the Arab world regardless of their intellectual background. The book thus introduces a new dimension and philosophy in the theory of change, and urges the acceptance of the thought of change and daring to engage positively with the current work theories within the frameworks of respect and appreciation. The current work theories are to be exposed to test, time cannot be open to any theory of work.
