About This Book
As a toddler, Phillip Blair was bold about his love for science, his experiments, and his inventions. But, after an unfortunate Ferris-wheel incident, he became more secretive about his science dreams. When his second-grade teacher, Mr. Jenkins announces a science fair, Phillip begins to think about what invention he can bring that will be beyond compare.
