This book pf Professor Allan R. Brewer-Carías, is a recollection of his Speeches and Lectures delivered on matters of History and Constitutionalism, between 1986 and 2026, before the Consejo de Estado of Spain, and before four Spanish Academies: (the Academia de la Historia y Arte de San Quirce of Segovia, the Real Academia Valenciana de Jurisprudencia y Legislación of Valencia, the Real Academia de Legislación y Jurisprudencia de Madrid, and Real Academia Hispano Americana de Ciencias, Artes y Letras of Cádiz. The book also includes his Speeches given on the occasion of receiving doctor honorary degrees from the Universities of Granada, Granada Spain, and Carlos III of Madrid.
