About This Book
Listen is in part autobiographical. Much of the collection of poems were written as a tribute to the author's wife for their fiftieth wedding anniversary in 2008. He lost his cherished wife in 2012. They are the very proud parents of five children and eighteen grandchildren. His poetry has been inspired by events that occurred in more than 53 incomparable years of marriage, some sorrowful, some humorous, some poignant.
