This book is a compilation of the texts of the Oral Arguments made by the Representatives of Guyana and Venezuela, in the First and Second Rounds of Oral Arguments at the Hearings held by the International Court of Justice in The Hague, on May 4, 6, 8 and 11, 2026, in the Case Arbitral Award of 3 October 1899, Guyana v. Venezuela; in which the parties hhave been discussion about the validity or invalidity of such 1899 Arbitral Award.
