About This Book
This third study summarizing various aspects of Urban Law is an even more detailed and focused investigation than the previous ones, and in which the lawyer and professor Héctor Turuhpial Cariello places the predominant emphasis on the issue of zoning and the vicissitudes of this, from the perspective, often dialectical, that arises between urban authorities and those administered.
Following his customary methodology for this complex discipline, such as Urban Law, the author uses the practical and direct language of the litigant or the appellant, in order to present real cases and the interpretations and applications that the authorities and the administrators themselves give to fundamental elements of their urban habitats. Thus, this study turns out to be an absolutely current work, on the different visions that can concur in the same urban group, regarding the urban phenomenon.
The book also has the merit of the illustrations by Héctor Ignacio Turuhpial Martin, who has already participated beautifully illustrating other works by the author.
