About This Book
The book titled “Mezerhane, Indomitable" explains the journey of the long life given to Venezuela by the family whose journey begins, as a Lebanese emigrant, Don Mashud Mezerhane on the dust of the roads of Apure, where he arrived at the beginning of the 20th century. And in line with its plot it narrates the persecution that is unleashed against this son, Nelson J. Mezerhane Gosen, his wife and children, all victims – without their spirit being broken in the fight for the truth – of Lieutenant Colonel Hugo Chávez, president of Venezuela since 1999. He decided to move towards the gradual establishment of a dictatorial and Marxist regime, which later degenerated into a mafia state. And Mezerhane, like many other Venezuelan private businessmen, is incorporated into the list of “criminals” that he creates at his convenience and for his sordid purposes. Being a capitalist or businessman, even more so, being the owner of a social media outlet that reports on government abuses, became a crime and sufficient reason to apply confiscations in Venezuela.
