About This Book
The STEPPING STONES Milestone Classes were designed to be taught to children and their parents. Significant moments in life – rites of passage – milestones – are important in our children's lives, yet we often commemorate such occasions with a passing “congratulations.” There is no better time to partner with parents than during these milestone occasions.
The SALVATION milestone provides a biblically clear and age-appropriate explanation of the gospel. It teaches how we can
know for sure that we will, one day, go to be with Jesus in heaven.
It explains the gospel using a simple “Bad News,” “Good News” approach.
Bad News: We are all sinners deserving of death.
Good News: We can be sure of our eternal destination by believing in Jesus.
This is the third of six Stepping Stone milestone packages that Equipping Fireflies has developed (Parent/Child Dedication, Bible Presentation, Salvation, Baptism, Communion, and Graduation) to enable you to both celebrate with the children in your ministry and encourage and equip their parents.
