MIS APORTES A LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE 1999 Con las propuestas, observaciones y votos salvados negativos formulados durante los debates ante la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente en 1999

In this book of Professor Allan R. Brewer-Carías, which is the first volume of the Collection of Constitutional Chronicles for Historical Memory of the Allan R, Brewer-Carias Library of the Andrés Bello Catholic University, published by Editorial Jurídica Venezolana, he has compiled and included following the order of the articles of the Venezuelan Constitution approved on December 15, 1999 (published in Official Gazette No. 36.860 of December 30, 1999) which is also included in the book: (i) all the proposals that he formulated during the discussions of the text of the Constitution in the National Constituent Assembly in 1999, through communications and written reports he addressed to the various Commissions or to the Assembly itself, and which were first published in the three volumes with the title Debate Constituyente (Contributions to the National Constituent Assembly), Fundación de Derecho Público, Editorial Jurídica Venezolana, Caracas 1999; (ii) the various interventions he made in the plenary sessions of the Assembly during the two discussions of the draft of the Constitution, the text of which is also included in the book, and that were originally published in the Diario de Debates (Journal of Debates) of the National Constituent Assembly (3 vols, 1999); and (iii) the Dissenting Votes that I recorded after each of the sessions, with my critical observations regarding the articles with which I disagreed, which were also published in Volume III of the aforementioned work: Debate Constituyente (Contributions to the National Constituent Assembly), Caracas 1999.
