About This Book
This collective book, coordinated by Professor Serviliano Abache Carvajal, brings together 29 papers written by various authors who, from their own legal expertise, have found common ground in the new and truly disruptive world of FinTech (Finance / Technology), studying its perspectives, regulation, categories and challenges in Venezuela.
The contributions have been systematized in the book, in attention to the addressed topics, in four sections: Section I. FinTech Perspectives; Section II. FinTech Regulation in Venezuela; Section III. FinTech categories in Venezuela and Latin America; and Section IV. FinTech Challenges, other types of “tech” regulations and various techno-legal challenges in Venezuela.
