This book of Professor Allan R. Brewer-Carías, studies some aspects of the development in Venezuela, over the past twenty years, of a false Rule of Law State, that has been conducted by a kakistocracy, that has declared a destructive war against the same State, the country, and its citizens and inhabitant, one of its expression being that of unconstitutionally disqualifying political opponents to prevent them from participating in elections.
