About This Book
Katie and Will Garrison are accidentally Raptured (a computer glitch) and find themselves in Cockaigne, the Land of the Perfect Life. In order to return home they must locate one of the Elder Gods, Old Man, who is generally on his boat fishing somewhere in Puget Sound. The Garrisons catch a ride on the Dragonship Blood Wave, captained by Magnus Barefoot, a former Norwegian King, who is Katie's distant ancestor. Complications ensue, of course, but with the help of Neanderthals, Orcas, and high technology, they prevail. It takes a while.
