About This Book
This compilation of 152 vignettes follows Volume 1 of the history vignettes published by MVHS in 2018. Author Chuck Oldenburg's new collection of vignettes consist of a short historical description paired with a photograph. The vignettes in this form allow readers to easily access and absorb local history, and provide a source for children who research aspects of local history as part of the school curriculum.
