About This Book
This book, published by the Venezuelan Academy of Political and Social Sciences, and coordinated by professors Allan R. Brewer-Carías and Carlos Ayala Corao, is the first volume (of two), prepared in homage of Professor Pedro Nikken, a distinguish Venezuelan Lawyer who was Dean of the Law Faculty of the Central University of Venezuela, President of the International Commission of Jurists and of the Interamerican Court of Human Rights.
