About This Book
This book, written by Professors Asdrúbal AGUIAR A., Allan R. BREWER-CARÍAS, Román J. DUQUE CORREDOR, and José Ignacio HERNÄNDEZ G., refers to the process of transition towards democracy decreed by the National Assembly in Venezuela in February 2019, due to the usurpation of the Presidency by Mr. Nicolás Maduro, in order to reestablish the enforcement of the Constitution; and its continuation in January 2021, due to the illegitimate and uncnstitutional parliamentary election held in December 2020.
