This book is a recollection of essays written by professors Allan R. Brewer-Carías, Román José Duque Corredor, Rafael Badell Madrid and José Ignacio Hernández, analyzing the illegitimacy and unconstitutionally of the Parliamentary elections convened in Venezuela for December 2020, in violation of the democratic principles established in the Constitution of 1999.
